Fresh Local Produce

Türkiye’s warm climate and vibrant landscape mean a wide range of seasonal fruit and vegetables are available from local markets and suppliers.

Agriculture plays a major role in Türkiye’s economy, and many products are exported to other countries. Over 75 kinds of fruit are grown in Türkiye, with peaches from Bursa, apricots from Malatya, and figs from Aydin considered some of the best in the world. While cruising in Türkiye, do try the local produce as you are unlikely to be disappointed. Meat, Game and Poultry

Sourced from the farm, forest or field, 360° Yachting can supply the finest quality of fresh or cured meats, poultry and game. The best dry-aged, farm-raised or grass-fed meats, Wagyu or Kobe beef, lamb, pork, wild boar or venison, let us know the cut you need and we will deliver all that’s asked.

Fish and Seafood

Türkiye sits on the Aegean, Mediterranean, Marmara and the Black Sea so, understandably, fish and seafood play an important role in Turkish cuisine. Each sea has its characteristics, and the native fish differ, meaning a wide range of locally sourced fish and seafood is available.

Sea bass and sea bream are perhaps the most well-loved summer fish in Türkiye, and we are often asked to add them to yachting provision lists. Bluefish, bonito, sardines, red mullet and pandora are also popular when in season. Prawns, salmon, calamari and lobster can, of course, be supplied – and let’s not forget Turkish anchovies (hamsi), as they are considered Türkiye’s favourite and most flavoursome fish by many.

Wine and Beverages

Tukey is not well known for its wine but it’s actually one of the world’s oldest wine countries and boasts many vineyards worth visiting along the coast.

Local legend would suggest that Noah’s Ark ran aground on Mount Ararat, and on those very hills Noah planted the first vines after the big flood.
