360° Yachting are a small, dedicated team of professionals who appreciate hard work and the better things in life – quality food, great people, good humour, luxury travel and, of course, superyachts.

The superyacht industry is demanding. Guests expect the very best, which can be a tall order for the captain, chef and crew. Travels must run smoothly, and there’s no room for hiccups or sloppy service by onshore companies and third-party suppliers.

INTRODUCING THE 360° YACHTING TEAM

Onur Ozgey – Managing Director

Onur has worked in the yachting industry for over a decade and has an excellent all-round knowledge of superyachts and their requirements. Onur set up 360° Yachting to take Turkish yachting services to the next level, and offer a premium bespoke service to superyachts cruising in Turkish waters.

Onur is always in the field overseeing the logistics, operations and management for 360° Yachting. Onur’s aim is to exceed expectations and ensure clients receive the highest service levels across the board, an approach that has won 360° Yachting the Captains Recommended accreditation for the last four years.

Senem Ozgey – Head of Provisions

Senem understands what it takes to keep superyacht guests and crew happy. Always professional and ultra-reliable, it is Senem that heads up the yacht support and provisions team at 360° Yachting.

Throughout her career, Senem has supplied many of the most notable superyacht chefs, and she is passionate about sourcing top quality goods and provisions. Her default is fresh, organic and local produce to ensure quality and value, but that doesn’t mean she can’t supply imported ingredients or harder to find items. Ideally, Senem will have your list of requirements ahead of arrival, but even if time is tight, Senem and the 360° team will do their best to deliver all that’s asked.

Irem Ozer – Interior Support and Administration

Irem works alongside Senem to help take the hassle out of cruising.

Irem’s attention to detail is second to none. Always smiling, she is responsible for reservations, bookings, administration and concierge. Irem’s friendly “can-do” attitude is a hit with the staff and crew. If you need to arrange a private tour, flowers, a spa treatment or simply after pointers on where to go or a table at the best restaurant in town, ask Irem!

Huseyin Kocaman – Operations & Yacht Support

No request is too big or too small for Huseyin, and captains and crew welcome his calm and efficient approach to operations and yacht support. Huseyin handles arrivals and departures and has an excellent relationship with port authorities, marinas and immigration officials along the coast. Huseyin is on hand to assist throughout your travels in Türkiye. He is also the go-to for arranging additional crew, medical appointments, security, chauffers, helicopter charters, and even VIP nightclub entry to Türkiye’s most prestigious haunts.

Mehmet Ali Catak (Mali) – Operations & Yacht Support

Mehmet Ali, known as Mali, is 360° Yachtings problem solver. Boasting an impressive array of contacts right along the coast, if you need technical assistance or a spare part, Mali is your man!

Mali is a multi-tasker. When he’s not organising technical support, Mali makes sure your arrival and departure clearances run smoothly, and that all necessary paperwork and crew amendments are processed quickly, and correctly.

Yusuf Akcadag ( Ufo) – Logistics and Customs

360° Yachting’s client logistics are dealt with and managed by Yusuf, known as Ufo.

Ufo is on hand to deal with the details. From transportation of high-value items and tenders, to the storage of bonded items, Ufo has the local knowledge, contacts and know-how to navigate customs and necessary protocol, thereby saving you time and hassle.

Meltem Ozer – Attorney at Law

Meltem oversees 360° Yachting’s legal department.

Meltem is an accomplished lawyer with excellent knowledge and understanding of maritime and Turkish law. Meltem assists the team with her legal advice.

Sam Ozer – Media and Marketing

Sam is a British luxury lifestyle, food and travel writer that grew up sailing the Turkish coast with her family.

Passionate about Turkish food, history and culture, Sam is responsible for 360° media, and the writing of 360° Yachting’s news, blog and website.

360° Yachting three-strong accounts department may be camera-shy, but they are all valued members of the team. They not only keep our books in shipshape but are also available to prepare and issue client invoices or deal with reporting should you have a requirement.
