Alfredo Russo is a Michelin Star chef recognised for his unique take on meat, vegetable, and homemade pasta dishes. Maxx Royal Bodrum’s restaurant Oro & Vermu will take diners on a creative culinary journey through his signature dishes.

Scorpios

Have you been to Scorpios in Mykonos? If so, you will know that the food and atmosphere is outstanding.

Famed for contributing to the rise of the “Art of Caviar”, they now bring their distinctive flavours to Bodrum for diners who enjoy classic dishes with a unique French touch.

The Fish Restaurant

If great seafood and Aegean flavours are called for, a table at The Fish Restaurant should suffice. Here, a range of delicious dishes will be served based on classic and local recipes.

Maxx Wellbeing Restaurant

To keep the beach-fit body in check, Maxx Royal Bodrum has a wellbeing restaurant that introduces guests to Ayurvedic cuisine.
