The 24th Oludeniz International Airgames

The Oludeniz International Air Games never fails to impress. This year, it takes place between October 23rd and 27th. During this time, the sky above Oludeniz Bay in Fethiye will be beautifully dotted with paragliders and air sports enthusiasts.

Throughout the festival, a vibrant display of colour and energy is assured. Highlights include acrobatic paragliding shows, daring skydives, birdmen, spot-landing competitions, and acro performances by top pilots, including some from Red Bull. The beachfront will buzz with activity from around midday onwards, with high-octane music revving up the crowd of spectators and an MC introducing pilots and detailing their tricks and performances during the day. There is also live music, parties, stalls, and activities along the beachfront, and some of the local bars hold parties in the evening.

In past years, the Turkish Aeronautical Association has brought in hot air balloons, paramotors, model aircraft, and even the famous Turkish Stars, the Turkish Air Force’s aerobatic team. While this year’s lineup is still being finalised, one thing is sure—the 24th Oludeniz International Airgames will be thrilling, especially during the late afternoon leading up to sunset when the acro pilots take to the sky. Tandem Paragliding in Oludeniz
